Sales / Billing
For any sales or billing enquiries, please email sales@jshosts.com and provide as much information as possible. It's best if you email us from the address you have on file with us, that way it will automatically open a support ticket with all your information.
Support
Our support department is only for existing customers and we aim to reply within the hour of receiving your support ticket. To contact support you can either email support@jshosts.com or open a support ticket from within the client area.
Abuse
If you believe one of our customers are abusing our terms of service, please email your abuse complaint to abuse@jshosts.com and we will look into this.
